GREAT NEWS – the EPA have responded to our latest complaint and the EPA have forced FCNSW to STOP WORK IN DOUBLEDUKE STATE FOREST!!!!!!!!!! ForestryCorpNSW were found to have breached Forestry laws by not mapping multi hundred years old Giant trees. This is a HUGE WIN and this is because of ALL OF YOU. All the citizen surveys, the tree sits, the attendees at camps, the hard work of our ecologist Anastasia, those who did the audits, everyone of you. The giant trees were not protected and because of you all, they are. WE HAVE SAVED THE GIANT TREES IN DOUBLEDUKE. We must maintain momentum on this and so stay tuned for details about joining us in the forest in a few days to celebrate and hug some giant trees. Eddie x
