Dear WED Festival ‘Stallholder’, hello.

Re the Caldera World Environment Day Festival, 6th June at Knox Park.

We are writing in confirmation of the event and to check-in with you about the following:

The event starts at 10am.

We shall be on site from 7am.

Please see the site access map attached about vehicle access for dropping off equipment, you may wish to park in the car park and unload or to drive across the park to unload, access via Nullum St Gate, presuming the lawn will be dry enough to drive on.

Re the NSW COVID Safe Regulations for the event:

We are required to ask that you please QR Code register your own attendance at the event. There are 3x QR Code registration tables, which also have further info re .gov advice.

There is a written registration form at the CEC Stall if you do not wish to use the QR Code system.

Re Public Liability Insurance:

If you are not covered by your own insurances then all stallholder volunteers must be members of the Caldera Environment Centre to be covered by our insurances [!].

Please contact us if it is the case that you need to come under our insurances.

FYI the United Nations Theme for this year’s event is that The Ecology is collapsing and that we must Restore Ecosystems. Further info is on the CEC WED Festival webpage
